Xanax Tranquilizers

The feelings of depression and anxiety can be really difficult to bear especially when they last for a longer period. Intense panic attacks, unrealistic fears, excessive anxious thoughts can make anyone feel distressed from life. At such critical times, thought of instant relief with a medication is quite tempting for one who is really tired of these terrible feelings and attacks. Here comes the role of tranquilizers which act as a quick fix. Tranquilizers can be described as a group of drugs or sedatives used for reducing anxiety, fear, tension, stress disorders and other mental disturbances. Tranquilizers fall into two categories; major and minor tranquilizers.

Major Tranquilizers are most commonly prescribed anti-psychotic drugs and are also referred to as neuroleptics. They include Haldol, Thorazine, Risperdal and Clozaril. These drugs are hardly abused and need a doctor's prescription always. Minor tranquilizers are commonly prescribed drugs to control anxiety, panic attacks and depression. They include benzodiazepines, like Xanax, valium, Serax, Klonopin, Ativan, Librium and Tranxene that affect certain sites of central nervous system. Out of these Xanax Tranquilizers are the most commonly used and why not, if a medication can get you relief from painful experiences, then what's the harm in using it? However, excess of anything always proves detrimental.

Minor tranquilizers are commonly prescribed, but these medications are becoming quite controversial nowadays. They can be definitely helpful if tried on a short-term basis but long term use of tranquilizers can make you seriously addictive. Withdrawal symptoms tend to make you feel sick with unpleasant experiences like excessive sweating, jitteriness, uneasiness and moreover the intense craving for the drug. At such critical moment, it will not be wrong if these tranquilizers are compared to illegal drugs like heroine as they have the same withdrawal symptoms. These symptoms at times become severe enough to make you resume taking the drug. This potential of addiction can be greatly avoided by prescribing the medication for a limited time while keeping a close check for problems.

Xanax tranquilizers are extremely popular as compared to its other counter parts. They are the most prescribed medications to treat panic attacks and anxiety disorders. Xanax is popular because of its rapid action that starts to peak within 15 minutes of ingestion. Xanax traquilizers fix anxiety first, have sedative and muscle relaxant properties, and also used as an aid to sleep. Xanax tranquilizers are preferred over other alternative Valium because of its anti-depressant quality unlike valium that is prone to trigger a gloomy mood. Furthermore, a 2mg Xanax pill has almost similar impact of two fast acting 10mg Valiums. Xanax is preferred for one more strong reason; it can cause an enormous appetite and thirst.

Xanax tranquilizers can be a wonderful short term solution when you feel that anxiety is controlling your life. But its addictive quality can cause greater problems over the long haul and you may fall prey to both physical and psychological dependency on this wonder tranquilizer.

Well, you must know that along with pleasant, calm and relaxed feelings, xanax tranquilizers have many downsides apart from addiction. The instant calm and relaxed feelings after xanax intake may leave you stay unmotivated for developing long term strategies for controlling anxiety and coping with depression. Xanax tranquilizers may kill the motivation of developing new coping skills to make new changes to overcome anxiety, thus making you dependent on medication entirely. Relapse rate is another potential drawback of tranquilizers. Moreover, Xanax can cause blackouts in some patients, especially when it is used in combination with other medications or alcohol. Well, it's good to have great benefits from medications like tranquilizers but they have their own limitations and downsides. With non-drug methods, you have least chances to renew anxiety symptoms in the future. Nowadays, there are many cognitive and mental relaxation techniques that may prove far more beneficial than tranquilizers. However, severe conditions may definitely require medications like xanax tranquilizers, though it's very clear to most doctors, psychologists, and even patients that medication has its appropriate and limited place in the treatment of anxiety. No doubt, people with extreme anxiety and panic disorders will want to look for long lasting relief, so, it depends upon both the individual and the doctor how to deal with the disorder and how efficiently it can be treated with tranquilizers or therapies in order to deal with challenges that life can bring anytime.

The fact is that poor eating habits now can set the stage for health problems in the not too distant future. For instance, did you know that heart disease can start as early as childhood? You may not get heart disease symptoms until you get older. But if you're eating a lot of unhealthy fats (like in those burgers and fries), those fats could be starting to clog your arteries right now.

Besides heart disease, unhealthy eating can lead to diseases like:

So it's never too early to start eating healthy. This section can show you how to make healthy food choices and explain:
